You are welcome here! We offer a Free Trial class if you are new to BJJ or Muay Thai. Appointments are available for all of our beginners classes, we only ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class to sign the waiver and get ready.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the opponent. Jiu Jitsu is widely considered the most useful form of self defense, but is also has a competitive circuit. There are hundreds of different BJJ tournaments with the biggest being the IBJJF.
Designed to provide students a solid foundation of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, basic BJJ theory, technique and principles. Each class incorporates flow drills to help students internalize the fluid body mechanics behind the concepts they are learning. All Levels welcome.
Take a more in-depth look at the principles and techniques of BJJ. Situational attacks, high level transitions, escapes and offensive strategies are explored, in addition to a strong emphasis on instinctual application through live sparring. On the intermediate side, it is required students have at least 45 Beginners classes first. This is also when No Gi class becomes available
Advanced classes are for Blue Belts and higher. This is ideal for students looking to improve in less common situations, and great for any students interested in competing. The rounds are longer, and the breaks are fewer in these classes.
Non-instructional class where students may practice the application of technique through independent drilling and timed sparring matches. Students are encouraged to conceptualize their strengths and weaknesses, and to work on internalizing what they learned throughout the week. Guidance by instructors is available.
Kids Jiu Jitsu
Learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in childhood brings several benefits, including discipline, respect, trust, friends, problem solving skills, bullying prevention and others. The classes consist in warm up, throws, submissions, challenges and monitored rolls.
Requirements: 5 years and up.

MUAY THAI Kickboxing
Muay Thai is the official sport of Thailand. Thai boxing is called "the Art of Eight Limbs", involving two hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Our professors, Gerald "Gee" Javier and Elmer Recinos will teach you how to strike when the fight stays standing on the feet.
"Ive done Karate, Tae Kwon Do and other rec sports. BJJ and Muay Thai doesn’t hide the fact that you only progress as far as you put in. There are no participation trophies or paid belt tests. Every belt in BJJ is earned through hard work and dedication. Muay Thai also doesn’t hide or put up false results. Drilling techniques with your partner is much different than hitting a heavy bag over and over."
